IN-HOUSE IT INFRASTRUCTURE
The Marker Group does not outsource our data infrastructure. All client information is stored on servers completely owned and controlled by the Marker Group.
We maintain redundant capacity and have implemented a backup plan designed to maintain short recovery point objectives.
DOCUMENT TECHNOLOGY
The Marker Group uses best-in-class Optical Character Recognition (OCR) engines to produce text-searchable PDFs for our clients.
The Marker Group extracts document text into a full-text database that enables us to provide complex term searches across an entire range of documents to help clients identify relevant documents faster.
